  9. Click Next.
  10. Verify that the information is correct. If it is incorrect, click Edit to return to the prior screen and correct the errors. (Do not use the Back button to do this.)
  11. Once you've verified the information is correct, click Submit at the bottom of the screen.
  12. Your new paradEyes.com account number will be displayed. Write down your paradEyes.com account number and keep it in a secure place.
  13. Save this email for future reference.
