How do I change my account information (login info, addresses, etc.)?

  1. Log in as usual.
  2. Click My Account at the left of the screen.
  3. Change any of the desired account information.
  4. Scroll down and click Next at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Verify the new information is correct. Click Edit to return to the prior screen and correct the errors. (Do not use the Back button to do this).
  6. Once you've verified the information is correct, click Submit at the bottom of the screen to accept the updated account information.

What if I forgot my password?

Please email us at support@paradeyes.com (or call us at 1-877-441-4555) and provide the following information for verification:

  • Practice name
  • User name
  • Complete address
  • Practice fax
  • Federal Tax ID
