How do I log in?

  1. Click Login at the left of the paradEyes.com home page.
  2. Click in the Login field and enter your login name.
  3. Press TAB.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Click Submit.

Are my login name and password case-sensitive?

No, neither your login name or password are case-sensitive - it doesn't matter whether you enter uppercase or lowercase characters in the words as long as all the characters are all correct.

How do I change my password?

  1. Log in as usual.
  2. Click My Account at the left of the screen.
  3. Enter the new password in both Password fields.
  4. Scroll down and click Next at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. The next time you log in, you will need to use your new password.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

What are the minimum and maximum character lengths for login names and passwords?

The login name you create must be at least one character in length, but cannot exceed more than 20 characters.

The password you create must be at least six characters in length, but cannot exceed more than 20 characters.

Note: Certain paradEyes.com customers who registered prior to June 21, 2000 were able to create a password with fewer than six characters. If you were one of these customers and you now try to edit your account information, you will receive an error stating that you must create a password with more than six characters. Please create a new password. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I log out?

Click Log Out above the My Account button at the left of screen.

Is it important that I log out?

Yes. Although there are multiple safeguards to ensure that no one else can use your account, always log out when you've finished ordering.

Why does the login page keep reappearing when I try to log in?

If your version of Internet Explorer's Security is set too High you will not be able to log in. When you click Submit, the Login screen will reappear.
To fix this problem:

  1. Choose Tools > Internet Options from the menu bar.
  2. Move the slider to the Medium setting on the Security tab.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Attempt to log in again.
